The MLS data is extracted via an MLS Export. Fields from your MLS are mapped to fields in the form. Some fields can be mapped in a one to one relationship. However, many fields in the MLS may need to be transformed for maximum transferability of data to the forms. We offer a professional mapping service to maximize the transfer of data from MLS to the form to result in minimum manual handling of data.
We offer this mapping setup service of $79 per MLS account. We provide this mapping for you to maximize and personalize the data transformation from the MLS to your forms.

The initial call will take 30 minutes to 1 hour to gather your MLS field information and your preferences so that that MLS data can be mapped appropriately into the ERC BMA. Followup calls may be necessary to fine-tune mapping preferences.
