INITIAL BPOS COMPLETED IN RECORD TIME. All 18 photos on pages 3,4, and 5 can be selected at once. Import Sales and Listings and Subject information from MLS into the BPO. Since the grids cover 2 thirds of the form, 2 thirds of the typing is removed from the BPO task. Pretty nice, huh? UPDATED BPOS COMPLETED IN RECORD RECORD TIME: 98% No Typing. If you are doing an updated BPO, you can fetch the prior BPO's data, then with MLS Mapping, overlay new Sales and Listings, and 98% of typing on the form is removed from the task of completing the BPO. Even better! Yoohoo! Oh ok, you might have a few adjustments to make with the new comps. :) |

MAPPING MLS DATA TO THE FORM QUICKLY bring MLS DATA INTO THE FORM: MERE SECONDS Clicking the "Fetch Data" button will bring the exported MLS data into the form, where you may make any additional changes necessary. FLEXIBILITY in SELECTING WHO IS WHOM Once your chosen sales, listings, and or subject data are exported from your MLS, MultiForm will present them on a grid for you to select who is who, i.e. who is Sale 1, who is Listing3, who is the Subject, etc. POWER in TRANSFORMING MLS DATA TO FIT THE FORM Most times, data from the MLS must be transformed to something that is meaningful on the form. Usually an MLS data field is not a one to one relationship with form data fields. Take MLS data fields, say, for HVAC may store the information about HVAC in several fields--field names like "Heating: Heat Pump", "Heating: Radiant", "Heating: Zoned", "Heating: None", "Heating: Wood Stove", "Cooling: Central", "Cooling: None", etc. And if the property has that particular feature, then the MLS field will have say a "Yes" in it, and either 'No' or will be blank if not. A "Yes Yes Yes" will basically be meaningless on the form, so a data transformation needs to be made to make sense of things. The MLS may store year built under 'Year Built', and the form may want 'Age', or vice versa. The MLS Data needs to be adapted to the form. Another example, the MLS may not have a 'Room Count' field at all! (Hard for me to believe, but 'tis true more times than not!) But it may have a list of rooms 'Living Room, Dining Room, Den...' -- from which we can count the rooms. And on and on and on. So with MultiForm's MLS Mapping will transform its data to maximize the utility of the data coming to the form. So you have less typing and less figuring out to do. EASILY make ANY ADDITIONAL NECESSARY CHANGES You also have the flexibility to make any changes to the data here, for instance, say an agent neglected to enter the lot size, which we know would never happen, but still you could make any changes here before brining into the form. |
