Subject, Sales, and Listing photos are captioned automatically with related information from the form. Captions for the Additional Photos can be automatically handled with the names of the photos, or can be entered manually, literally as fast as you can type and press the [Enter] key for each caption.
From a short 1 page letter size to a very detailed 2 page legal size Broker Price Opinion evaluation form, here is the right form for the current job. More detail or less detail, whichever suits best.
The smaller forms have less and shorter descriptions and only have the indicated value opinion without adjustments leading to that conclusion. The larger 2 page legal sized detailed BPO includes both Listing and Sales Comparison Grids each with adjustment columns.
All BPO forms include Cover Pages. All BPO forms include Photo Addenda for photographically describing all aspects of the property (or as much as is desired). All BPO forms include Broker and Company branding customization. Optional MLS mapping can import sales, and subject, and listing data into the forms, saving a lot of time and typing.
Sometimes a (quick) photo presentation is needed, perhaps prior to a Broker Price Opinion engagement. Perhaps work is being done for a bank and there is a need to provide a quick visual rendering of the property. Depending on the need, here are four separate photo presentation forms.
Each of the four has a different presentation to cover different scenarios and needs. The cover pages include property information, comments and vary from 1 to 3 photos: Front, Front and Rear, Front and Rear and Street Scene, and one with three open captionable photos.
Just the Photo Cover Page can be used, or when extra detail is needed, 33 pages (3 captionable photos per page) of additional photos are available for each.
By the way, photos are automatically compressed and optimized, and automatically sized for each picture slot as it is selected. No preprocessing required. Speaking of selection, multiple photos can be selected at one time. And, the names of the pictures, if suitable, can automatically be used as captions for the selected image.

Beyond evaluations and photos, as a relationship with a client is being established, or as it is being furthered, other important information may need to be communicated. For example, monthly or periodic marketing efforts are a great way to provide ongoing updates on how the property is being marketed, keeping the client informed on an ongoing basis.
The Broker Marketing Report is a great way to keep clients informed of your marketing efforts, and to keep the relationship fresh and attentive and professional. Next month change only what needs to be changed and it's done! MultiForm will generate a PDF so you can email it to your client. Include a cover page, and additional photos as needed.
Initial Inspections and/or repairs may be needed. The property may not be in perfect condition, and perhaps some cosmetic fixes would greatly improve the marketability for the seller. Perhaps more significant repairs are needed. There are two forms for making inspections and reporting needed repairs, one a simpler inspection⁄ repair report and the other a more detailed repairs needed estimate report, along with a summary of repair bids if multiple bids are initiated.
And for those times where a bill is needed to be presented here is a Billing Statement.

Sometimes it is very helpful to provide a (potential) seller with an estimate of what might be expected to be received upon closing under different financing scenarios. Our Net Proceeds Estimate is a perfect tool for educating a seller on his⁄her options. Presentations can include a cover page and additional photos.
Our Net Proceeds Closing Position Estimate Form can quickly provide an illustration to a Seller and⁄or Buyer the various estimated closing costs, and for a seller what an approximate net might be. Very useful for creating an educated buyer and seller. Templates can be setup with standard estimated closing costs that make creating the next estimate a breeze.
Should more detail in a closing position estimate be desired we also have a HUD1 Settlement Statement Estimate Form. This form is very detailed and has instructions throughout the form. It is based on the formal HUD1 Settlement Statement Form and can be used were only an estimation is desired. With its very detailed instructions, it can also be used as a training tool for understanding the HUD1 Settlement Statement itself.
Take that quick extra step and provide a Cover Page to a proposed Contract that summarizes all pertinent information for Buyer and Seller and Agent. Go one small step more and provide a Contract Cover with Photos.
Not every broker is going to go even an extra ten feet to notch things up; and when it is so easy with all these forms, that is definitely to your advantage.
